Michael E. Kibler is the Founder and CEO of Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.
Founded in 1993 and serving primarily Fortune 1000 firms, CBC provides executive coaching and development services to global, multicultural executives around the world. Mike has worked with over a thousand executives, including scores at the CEO / President / Vice Chair level, in his nearly 20 years as a coach on peak performance. Prior to forming CBC, he was an executive with the Cardio Fitness Corporation, an international executive wellness program owned by the H.J Heinz Company.
Mike has been featured on television and in print, including The Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Business and Self magazine. Some of CBC s clients include: The Chicago Board of Trade, Ernst &Young, Exelon, Hyatt, The MacArthur Foundation, and USG Corporation.
A competitive athlete through his college years, Mike now enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, exercise, and active vacationing with his family. He has been married for 24 years to his wife Laurie and they have two beloved kids.

Connie Latson
Connie Latson is a Pinnacle Executive Coach, Director of Quality, and Director of Coach Training & Development for Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.
Connie’s lifelong commitment has been to help individuals prioritize and maximize their health, work achievements, and quality of life. She brings 25 years of professional experience as a learning and change facilitator, coach, instructional designer, writer/editor, and consultant to her work with CBC.
Broader professional experience includes leading people, projects, and initiatives across industries and countries. This includes managing an international consortium of Fortune 1000 business executives; establishing competency-based leadership solutions and implementing executive-level 360 feedback processes. She has also designed and conducted benchmarking research across Fortune 1000 companies on career development, learning strategies, blended learning, and succession planning.
On a personal level, Connie enjoys adventure travel and activities, exploring new cultures, and enjoying the arts. She has always had a strong commitment to health, nutrition, and fitness.
Connie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business through DePaul University, is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, and is near completion of her Masters degree at DePaul in Individual and Organizational Learning, Development, and Change.

Joanne Bond
Joanne Bond coaches leaders to gain a fresh perspective for their future by envisioning possibilities and managing their own transition. Joanne is a veteran Certified Coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and specializes in leadership coaching, training and development. She is also a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Case Manager, with a Masters degree in Communicative Disorders. Her background includes clinical therapy work, being an adjunct professor, management consulting, and Vice President of Education and Research for a national management and consulting company. With her strong executive coaching roots, Joanne’s clients have included leaders in a wide range of industries who are interested in providing quality services to others while fortifying their personal and professional resiliency. In addition to her coaching practice, recent leadership development projects have included: Award recipient of a Professional Satisfaction/Wellness Innovation Grant from The Permanente Medical Group (Kaiser) to assist Physicians in building resilience; Leadership Coach for the Daly City (Bay Area) Leadership Academy, dedicated to workforce development and succession planning.
Joanne lives in Northern California, on the coast south of San Francisco. Her life passions are excellent health, coaching development in others, continuous learning, and nurturing relationships. And during the winter months, she treasures snowshoeing with her man and dog.

Robert Demaree
Robert is a Pinnacle Executive Coach for

Robert has a proven track record of over
ten years experience coaching business leaders and their
teams in a variety of medium and large corporations
to achieve high levels of performance and satisfaction.
His background includes extensive experience in change
management, strategic planning, team development and
process improvement. He is an expert at supporting leaders
to develop to their highest potential. He coaches his
clients to master the critical relational skills of
leadership that are necessary to motivate others, build
trust and mobilize them into effective action with greater
results and ease. His coaching is based on a close,
trusting relationship in which honesty, forthrightness,
and courage are required.
Robert’s clients have included executives and
managers from Fel-Pro, Federal Mogul, International
Truck and Engine, New Leaders for New Schools, and Equity
Residential.
Robert has a M.S. in Organizational Development
and an M.Ed in Counseling and Educational Psychology
from Loyola University Chicago. He also has four years
of intensive coach training and has been certified as
a Master Somatic Coach by the Strozzi Institute. He
is an avid runner and martial artist.
Robert lives in Oak Park, IL with

Hilary Johnson
Hilary Johnson is an Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.
Hilary brings 12 years of executive coaching experience together with the insights gained from a 20 year career in Financial Services to her Pinnacle work. She coaches senior executives and their teams to produce transformational results for themselves and their organisations. Based in London, UK, Hilary works internationally, regularly helping clients meet the challenges of multi-cultural, multi-location, high pressure, results-focussed environments.
Following an undergraduate degree in Mathematics Hilary’s business career started as an actuary, working in the UK and Australia, and then moved to marketing and strategy consulting, culminating in a position on the Board of a marketing services consultancy. She is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation and has accreditations in Systems Thinking, Group Dynamics and Large Scale Interventions. Hilary is also a Master Practitioner in NLP.
Hilary has always had a keen interest in sport and currently competes in marathons and triathlons whilst also enjoying skiing and hiking in the mountains with her husband and two daughters.

Virginia Major
Virginia Smith Major is an Pinnacle

As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist
and management consultant, Ginny brings to CBC multifaceted
expertise in leadership development, organizational
redesign, change management, diversity and work-life
issues. She has successfully consulted with companies
including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Kawasaki Railcars, Nextel,
and Rohm & Haas on projects ranging from executive
team development, to the design and implementation of
a world-wide strategic training system, to the transformation
of procurement into a global strategic sourcing function.
In addition, as a researcher she has conducted several
large-scale studies of work-life balance, the influence
of culture on leadership, and the role of relationships
in negotiations. In particular, her research on the
effects of work-family conflict on psychological distress
has won several honors.
Ginny prefers to function as a partner
with her clients - collaborating with them to evaluate
their most critical issues, identify possible solutions,
and create lasting change. She has experience and is
comfortable interacting with leaders and employees at
every level of an organization.
Ginny has a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational
Psychology from the University of Maryland. I-O Psychologists
apply the principles of psychology to the workplace,
and possess expertise in a wide range of areas, such
as coaching, individual assessment, performance management,
and training and development. She has additional professional
certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and
the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test.
She has also worked as a peer and crisis line counselor.

Bill McLawhon
Bill McLawhon is a Pinnacle Executive Coach

Bill brings over 20 years of corporate
experience in sales, line management and human resources
within the financial services industry, most recently
as a Vice President at a Fortune 500 company. Bill supports
senior executives in developing their leadership skills
to optimize cross-enterprise collaboration, direct reporting
relationships and strategic planning results. A veteran
of fast-paced organizational culture, Bill utilizes
a collaborative approach to strengthen visionary, strategic,
values-based behavior. His clients include executives
at Charles Schwab & Co., Wells Fargo, Yahoo!, Novellus,
and Partners at professional services firms.
Bill holds a B.A. from California
State University at Fullerton in Chemistry and has completed
postgraduate education at the California Institute of
Integral Studies. He received his coaching training

Claire A. Scott Miller
Claire A. Scott Miller has been a career and HR consultant for over twenty years. Her coaching and consulting practice has successfully assisted organizations in maximizing the effectiveness of their key employees and enhancing their career-life satisfaction. Clients have included professional services firms, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies across the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
Ms. Miller helped to develop the Women in Leadership certificate program for Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management. She has developed or led nationally recognized team building, career development, and performance management programs for clients such as MK-Ferguson, Dupont, JPMorgan Chase, the US Navy and the EPA. Her research projects have included the Dual Career Family Project funded by the Cleveland Foundation.

Stanlee Phelps
Stanlee Phelps is an Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts,
Inc.
Stanlee brings a wealth of coaching experience to her Pinnacle work gained
through 20 years as a corporate executive coach. Based in southern
California, Stanlee works internationally with professionals and executives
from mid-level management to C-level within a wide variety of industries.
Her areas of expertise are leadership development, executive assessment,
executive presence, interpersonal communications and diversity integration.
With a Master's degree in the Behavioral Sciences, Stanlee draws from an
in-depth knowledge of human behavior to help her clients achieve meaningful
and clearly measurable results in both their professional and personal
lives. Her background most recently includes being a Senior Vice President
and Master Coach for a global Talent Solutions Company responsible for

Jaye Radov Martin

David Rohlander
David Rohlander is an Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts,
Inc.
David is an internationally recognized speaker, author, consultant and
executive coach. David has coached executives from Fortune 500 companies,
mid-sized companies and government organizations - with a specialty of
working with CEOs. David has been an adjunct professor at several
universities.
After serving in the US Air Force as a combat fighter pilot and completing
graduate studies, David joined Merrill Lynch. At Merrill he became a
Regional Manager and member of the firms Management Advisory Council. In
1979 David founded DGR Communications to provide consulting, training,
speaking and coaching services for clients including TRW, Honeywell, and
Nestle.
David earned an MBA in Finance from California State University, did post
graduate work with Peter Drucker at Claremont Graduate School, became
certified on Situational Leadership with Dr. Paul Hersey and received a BA
in History and Literature from Westmont College.
David lives a life of balance between family and work with Janet his wife of

Colette brings more than 10 years of line management experience in financial service firms as well as more than 10 years experience coaching executives in leadership development. With over 15 years of organizational consulting and coaching experience, Sandi has assisted executives, managers, entrepreneurs and career changers in catalyzing their work and career development and effecting and implementing change in their organizations.
