And you have:

¨       Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of major corporations' organizational structures and dynamics.  Significant previous corporate or entrepreneurial leadership experience is strongly desired.

¨       An exhibited personal commitment to the values and actions of achievement, fitness, and personal / family prioritization

¨       Five - ten years as an executive coach or internal coach with senior-level executives

¨       A university degree is required; an advanced degree is strongly desired
